Obituary

Beth Ann Winer, nee Pestcoe, 59. Beloved wife of Marc; devoted mother of Hailey and Lindsey and dog mom to Riley and Penny; loving sister of Scott (Carol) Pestcoe and Stacy (Adam) Schildkraut and sister-in-law of Vicki (Neil) Burnstein; caring daughter of Sandi Pestcoe and the late Bernie Pestcoe and daughter-in-law of Sheila and Morton Winer; dear aunt of Lauren and Seth Burnstein, Sydney and Zack Pestcoe, Ben, Sam and David Milrot. Beth was born in Miami, Florida. She went to Washington University in Saint Louis and studied psychology. She completed grad school at University of Florida and earned her MBA. Beth was a longtime beloved manager at Icon Clinical Research. She loved cooking and arts and crafts, but what mattered most to her was her family. She will be deeply missed by all whose lives she touched. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Glioblastoma Foundation, www.glioblastomafoundation.org. Chapel service Friday, 10 AM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Rd, Arlington Heights. Interment to follow at Shalom Memorial Park.
