Annette Feldman, 96, of Buffalo Grove, long-time piano teacher, beloved wife of the late Melvin Feldman, happily married for 54 years; loving mother of Stephanie (Frank) Brodsky, David (Jeanette) Feldman and Mara (Stuart Fox) Feldman-Fox: cherished Grandma "Carrot Top" to Eryn, Brandon (Barbara) Brodsky, Daniel Feldman, Morgan (Eric) Shutman and Jordan (Amy Ackerman) Fox; adored Nana to great-grandchildren Garret, Malory, Adin, Sadye, and Landon; treasured aunt, great-aunt and great-great-aunt to many nieces and nephews and friends that became family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Chicago Lighthouse for the Blind, www.chicagolighthouse.org or WFMT, www.wfmt.com. Chapel service Wednesday, October 26, 10:00 AM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. Interment following at Shalom Memorial Park.
