Obituary

On February,25, 2026, Anita Lee Nemoy, beloved wife of late Arthur and the late Seymour Brownstone, passed away.

Anita is survived by her children: Paul Nemoy (Diane), Barry Brownstone (Joan), Garry Nemoy (Gail), Robert Nemoy (Susan), Alan Brownstone (Mac); her grandchildren: Steven Brownstone (Lauren), Lauren Brownstone (Chris Dewey), Melanie Nemoy (Jeff Sacks), Michael Brownstone (Ana), Alexa Neifield (Brent), Matthew Nemoy (Laura), Brian Nemoy (Kristie), Maggie Nemoy, Jamie Brownstone, Jaclyn Brownstone (Dane Farmer), Emily Dewey, Izzi Dewey, Layne DuBose, Chase DuBose and her favorite daughter-in-law Donna Brownstone and great grandchildren: Ariana, Easton, Adina, Asher, Piper, Blake, Dylan, Samantha, Brandon and Nicholas.

Anita was predeceased by her son Randy Brownstone, her parents Morris and Gertrude, and her siblings Sidney Greenblat and Marvin Greenblat.

Graveside service Friday, February 27, 12:30 PM at Shalom Memorial Park, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. For information, including a link to view the service online, shiva, and to leave condolences, www.shalommemorial.org http://www.shalommemorial.org or (847) 255-3520.
