Schmaltz Deli is the only classic Jewish deli west of Chicago, Illinois (located in Naperville). Since 2004, they have been providing shiva catering services for the western suburbs of Chicago. Schmaltz Deli offers all the traditional Jewish favorites - deli platters with corned beef, roast beef and pastrami; dairy/salad platters with tuna, whitefish and chicken salad; lox and bagels; and an assortment of dessert platters.
