Ronald L. Boorstein, age 86, of Wilmette, formerly of Highland Park, respected attorney and entrepreneur for over 60 years; beloved husband and best friend for 55 years of the late Debra Boorstein, nee Block; loving father of Deni (Mickey) Caplan, Brian (Gail) Boorstein, Marc (Nina) Boorstein, and Dan (Jody) Boorstein; proudest Papa of Jeremy, Greg (Nicole), and Brett (Amy) Caplan; Erica, Alexa, Samantha, and Tori Boorstein, Ali (fiancé Ryan Charnov) Boorstein and Scott Boorstein, Adam and Mitch Boorstein; adored great grandfather of Leon and Addison; devoted son of the late Arnold and the late Luby Boorstein; cherished son-in-law of the late Louis and the late Lylyan Block; dear brother of Bill (late Donna) Boorstein, fond brother-in-law of Shirley (late Donald) Pearlman; treasured uncle and friend to many. Proud graduate of the University of Michigan and Harvard Law School. Ron had quite a presence and positive outlook and demeanor. His life with Debbie was a true love affair.
