Obituary

Rona Rosalie Kogan (nee Cohen), of Baltimore, Maryland, passed away on Friday, August 6th, 2021 at the age of 85. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Allan Kogan, and parents, Hattie and Henry Cohen. Rona is survived by her beloved children, Suzanne (Alan) Kassel, and Joanne Krell, adored by grandchildren Elyse Kassel and Caroline Krell, and brother Michael (Shelly) Cohen and nieces Holly (Steve) Venick and Melissa (Ryan) Carpenter.

Services at Sol Levinson’s Chapel, 8900 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, Maryland, 21208, on Monday, August 9th, 2021, at 10:30am. Interment at Bobroisker Beneficiary Circle, 6300 Hamilton Avenue, Rosedale, Baltimore, Maryland 21214. Please omit flowers. Contributions in her memory may be sent to Beth Israel Congregation, 3706 Crondall Lane, Owings Mills, Maryland, or to Gilchrist Hospice, 11311 McCormick Road, Ste. 350, Hunt Valley, Maryland 21031. The family will be in mourning at 8 Celadon Road, Owings Mills, Maryland 21117 following interment Monday until 5pm. The family will receive again Monday at 6:30pm with a shiva service at 7pm.
