Obituary

Maxine Levinson nee Winokur, 77, beloved wife of the late Allan Barry Levinson; loving mother of Michael (Lori) Levinson, Wendy Levinson, and her four-legged daughter Lexi; cherished Grammy of Hailey, Brynn and Brayden Levinson; devoted daughter of the late Eleanor and Samuel Winokur; dear sister of the late Paul (Gail) Winokur; treasured cousin, aunt, and friend of many. Maxine was passionate about dog agility and was part of that community. She was a proud winner of numerous awards at agility competitions.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Orphans of the Storm at www.orphansofthestorm.org/donate or (847) 945-0235. Chapel service Monday 10 AM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. Interment following at Shalom Memorial Park.
