What are your hours of operation?

Shiva.com is available to browse content or place orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you need personal assistance, you can reach one of our Customer Care representatives 7 days a week from 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, and 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST on Saturday and Sunday. We will return any voicemails received within 2 business hours. Please let us know if we can be of any assistance.

How do I recover my forgotten password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it by clicking the 'Forgot Password' link locate under the 'Sign In' section of the top menu. Once you provide your email address, you will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

What countries do you ship to?

Most food based products are available for delivery with the contiguous United Stated only. Tree Certificates can be shipped to any address world-wide.

How can I be sure that I've made my purchase correctly?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive am on-screen confirmation, as well as a confirmation email. Please verify that all the information in your order is correct. If you do not receive an email, contact our customer service.

Can I remove items from my order?

Yes. You can delete any unwanted items from your shopping cart as long as the order hasn’t been processed yet.
