Jeanne Miller passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 13, 2020 at the age of 90. Born November 17, 1929 in Brooklyn, NY, she loved life, loved her family and friends and she loved animals. She took in stray cats and nursed them back to health. She also loved to shop and her shoe collection was the envy of many of her friends. Jeanne is survived by her daughter, Denise, and son-in-law Robert “Scott” Wolf, her son Scott, and daughter-in-law, Miriam Latorre, her stepgrandchildren Sarah Wolf, Brendan Wolf and Erin Valencia, and her grandson, Georgi Miller. She was married for 50 years to her high school sweetheart Mannie who predeceased her in 2000. A graveside service will be held at New Montefiore Cemetery, 1180 Wellwood Ave., West Babylon, N.Y. on Sunday, August 16, 2020 at 2:00. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to any local animal shelter or to Alzheimers research. Shiva will be held at Denise’s home, 277 Fifth Ave., West Cape May, NJ.
