Ronald S. Goldberg, age 79, of Highland Park, beloved husband and best friend for 52 years of the late Renee, nee Hoffberg; loving father of Neil (Bonnie) Goldberg and Barry Goldberg; dear former father-in-law of Kimberly Goldberg; adored Zayde of Olivia, Julia, Jacob, Lily, and Shayna; devoted son of the late Donald and the late Edythe Goldberg; fond brother of the late Cheryl Tillman and the late Joel (Michelle) Goldberg; dear brother-in-law of Alan (Janet) Hoffberg; cherished Dog Dad of Bella; treasured friend to many. Ron was a legendary storyteller, known for his “Zayde Stories”, and a selfless family man. He will be dearly missed by all. Service Friday, 12 Noon at The Chapel, 195 N. Buffalo Grove Rd., Buffalo Grove (1 Blk N. of Lake Cook Rd.). The service will be livestreamed at www.goldmanfuneralgroup.com.
