Elaine Silver, nee Katz, age 95, resident of Belvidere, IL since 1960, born in Pittsburgh, Pa and raised in the Albany Park neighborhood of Chicago; beloved wife for 57 years of the late Morton I. Silver; loving mother of Jay (Maida) Silver and Loren Silver; adored Bubby of Noah Benjamin and Zoey Esther Silver; devoted daughter of the late Joseph Schmidt and late Rebecca Katz; cherished sister of the late Helene (late Dr. Frank) Drake; treasured aunt of the Jeanne Ward and the late Eddie Drake. Graveside service Wednesday, 12 Noon at Westlawn Cemetery, Section Evergreen, 7801 W. Montrose Ave., Norridge. The service will be livestreamed at www.goldmanfuneralgroup.com.
