Hal A. Lipshutz, age 64, of Buffalo Grove, respected real estate attorney; beloved husband and best friend for 27 years of Ellen, nee Desnet; loving father of Melissa (Michael) Feinberg and Jordan Lipshutz; cherished stepfather of Alison (Jordan) Stettner and Aaron (Jessica) Fenton; adored Big Papa of Bradley, Taylor, Lior, Levi, Mason, and Oliver; devoted son of the late Maurice “Morrie” and the late Sondra Lipshutz; dear brother of Steven (Stacy) Lipshutz and Pamela Lipshutz; fond brother-in-law of Marla (Ronald) Zelikow, Nancy (Terry) Finkel, and Beth (Robert) Hayes; treasured uncle, cousin, and friend to many. Hal will be remembered for his genuine kindness, generosity, love for his family, and great sense of humor. The graveside service and shiva will be private.
