Obituary

Gilbert Freedman, 95, passed away on April 25, 2024; beloved husband and best friend of Ruth for 73 wonderful years; loving father of Laura (Bruce) White and Daniel Freedman; cherished grandpa of Jonathan White, Julia White, Sabrina Freedman (Sam Israel) and Adam (Rebecca Dell); much loved great grandpa of Lior Israel; dear brother of the late Albert (the late Judith) and the late Bette (the late Lawrence) Warren; beloved brother-in-law of Leo (the late Janis) Segedin, adored uncle, great uncle and friend of many. Gil was a highly regarded attorney and counselor for more than 60 years. Memorial donations in his memory may be made to the charity of your choice. Graveside service, Tuesday, 3 PM at Shalom Memorial Park 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights.
