Cherished son of Donald and June Fisher. Dear brother of Brad (Lisa) Fisher, Keith Fisher and the late Michael (Juliana) Fisher. Loving uncle of Kyle (Jacqueline) Fisher, Brandon (Candace) Fisher, Daniel Fisher, Taryn (Kevin Weinstein) Fisher, Jessie (Erik Hellman) Fisher and Jacob (Fiancée Kate Gurke) Fisher. Proud great uncle of Grace Fisher and Jude and Tallulah Weinstein. Billy brought smiles, happiness and light to all. He was known as the unofficial "Mayor of Highland Park."
