Tarryl Lou Saipe nee Cornis, age 71, beloved widow of Gary Saipe, happily married for 45 years; loving mother of Joshua (Julie) Saipe, Lara (Matt) Durgavich, and Noah (Adriana) Saipe; cherished Mamoo of Henrietta, Magnolia, Zoe, Evan, Vivian, Gwenyth, and Delilah; dear sister of Robert (Susan) Cornis and David (Judith) Cornis. Teri was a superbly talented and dedicated elementary school art teacher with a lifelong passion for creativity and the arts. She was a consummate mother and grandmother and was fiercely devoted to her family and friends, whom she loved beyond measure. She adored few things more than eating chocolate and petting poodles. Teri was a proud founding member of Congregation Or Shalom. Chapel service Friday November 12, 10:00 AM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Rd. Arlington Heights. Interment at Shalom Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Congregation Or Shalom or Wildlife Conservation Society.
