Selma Spira, nee Berger, age 99, born in Berlin, Germany, came to the United States at the age of 16, currently resided in Niles, IL; beloved wife of the late Jacob Spira; loving mother of Dr. David (Marcia) Spira; adored grandmother of Lauren (Alec Rosofsky) Spira and Daniel Spira; proud great grandmother of Blake and Jordan; devoted daughter of the late Jacob and the late Gitel Berger; cherished sister of the late Friedel and the late Sol. The graveside service will be for family and friends on Friday, 10:00 a.m. at Shalom Memorial Park, Rand & Wilke Rds., Section VIII Nebo, Arlington Heights.The graveside service will also be livestreamed Friday, 10:00 a.m. CDT at www.goldmanfuneralgroup.com. Under Recent Services, click onto Selma’s photograph and scroll down to Service Details to view her service. The livestream will be up 15 minutes prior to the service.
