Obituary
Ronald J. Lyons, 87, April 23, 2021; beloved husband and best friend of Florence for 60 years; cherished father of Mark and Susan (Joseph) Hanacek; loving grandpa of Jacob and Leah Hanacek. A member of the Chicago Board of Education for 47 years, spending most of those years at Hibbard Elementary School as the Assistant Principal. He was an avid stamp collector who enjoyed eating home grown tomatoes that his son planted in his garden. In his spare time, he most enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
