Obituary

Richard Freibrun, Age 85, March 9, 2021; beloved husband and best friend for 64 beautiful years to Geraldine nee Shlensky; cherished father of Eric (Dr Shari Ludwig), Deborah (Harry) Goldsholl, and Stephen (Susan); loving grandpa of Zachary (Liz), Samantha, Jordan, Jake (Michelle) Goldsholl, Jesse Goldsholl and Matthew. In the 1960s Richard was at the forefront of integrating technology with hospital administration and management systems for improved healthcare delivery. He also co-founded a national organization to advance this emerging field, but most importantly his family meant the world to him. Interment Shalom Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Amyloidosis Foundation (www.amyloidosis.org http://www.amyloidosis.org) or Cycling Without Age North Shore Chicago (www.cyclingwithoutage.com/north-shore-chicago) would be much appreciated.
