Obituary
Richard "Rick" Lee Blum, 62, of Reisterstown, MD passed away on Friday, January 8th, 2021. He was predeceased by his loving parents, Stuart and Ruth Blum, and his sister, Cindy Kohler. Rick was survived by many loving cousins, and his dear friend, Grant Stickel.
