Philip Andrew Appelbaum, 65, devoted son of Judith and the late Robert Appelbaum; loving brother of Henry “Chip” (Elizabeth) and Barbara Appelbaum; cherished uncle of Danielle (Ari) Samo and Jonathan (Sally) Steele; adored great uncle of Jonah, Benjamin, Liev and Sebastian. Graveside service, Sunday 12 PM at Shalom Memorial Park, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights.
