Perry C. Kanlan, age 78, died December 24 at the Carlton at the Lake in Chicago. Devoted son of the late Seymour and Norma Kanlan. Beloved brother of Laurel Phillips and loving uncle of Adam Phillips. Funeral Tuesday 1:30PM at Jewish Waldheim Cemetery (Gate 59 of Des Plaines Ave.),1300 S. Des Plaines Ave., Forest Park, IL. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Michael I. Jacobson Memorial Gomle Fund, 195 N. Buffalo Grove Road, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089.
