Norma Brand, 88

Beloved mother of Mark (Lisa) Brand and Neil (Kim Eastburn) Brand. Proud grandmother of Abby, Lexi and Hannah. Cherished sister of the late Anne (the late Chick) Shaevitz and the late Ruth Barry. Loving aunt, cousin and friend. Norma was an adventurous woman. She went sky diving in her 60’s, she rafted the Colorado River rapids, she loved the casinos and was an outstanding bowler. She and her friends bowled with B’nai B’rith. Norma was an avid world traveler. She was passionate about theatre and performed in community theatre. She was dedicated to helping to the Keshet organization through her participation and donating to their mission. Most of all, she adored and loved her 3 grandchildren. Service Monday 4PM at Chicago Jewish Funerals, 195 N. Buffalo Grove Road (One block north of Lake Cook Road) Buffalo Grove.
