Mort E. Oman, age 94. Loved by his family. Son of the late Janet, nee Tarrson, Oman and the late Samuel Oman.
Brother of the late Doris Blumenthal. Husband of Shurlee Oman, nee Satt. Married 69 years. Father of Barbara (Bruce) Scher, Allison (Daniel) Marder and Peter Oman. Adored grandfather "Pa" of Heidi (Edward) Pevos, Robyn (Fiancé Chris Edwards) Scher, Nicki Marder and Abby Marder. Service Wednesday 2:00 PM at Chicago Jewish Funerals, 195 N. Buffalo Grove Road (One block north of Lake Cook Road) Buffalo Grove. Interment private. Following the service, the family will be sitting Shiva at the Continental Restaurant, 788 S.
