Joyce Dow (née Berkelhamer) age 79, beloved wife of James Dow, Jr.; loving mother of Sheri (Reinhold) Mussar and Maureen (Greg) Shelton; cherished Magraw of Caitlyn (Sam) Zielke, Matthew Mussar and Jenna Mussar; dear sister of Rita Berkelhamer Janowitz and Jerome (Elizabeth) Berkelhamer; treasured aunt to Dr. Maura Berkelhamer and Ellen Berkelhamer. Joyce was a valuable associate of JC Penny, retired after 30 years of service.
