Jack I. Hoffman, 79, beloved husband of Suzanne nee Burgman for 60 years; loving father of Sharyn (the late Steven) Friedman; cherished Poppa of Rachel (Chandler) Wulfsohn and Matthew Friedman; adored great grandfather of Landon; dear brother of Frank Hoffman (Jacqueline Fox).
