Obituary

Hilda Leah Aefsky (nee Fertig), of Ellicott City, Maryland, passed away on Tuesday, October 19th, 2021 at the age of 94. She is survived by her children, Gene (Cathy) Aefsky, Harvey Aefsky, Rea (Keith) Goldfinger, and Carl (Fern) Aefsky, her grandchildren, Brandon (Jane), Brett (Leslie), Brad, Caroline, Justin Aefsky, and Sara Aefsky (Tony Rossi), Todd (Rebecca), Joel, and Jess Goldfinger, Sean Aefsky, and Scott Aefsky, and her great-grandchildren, Mark, Emma, Eric, and Bryce Aefsky . She was predeceased by her husband, Morris Aefsky, and her daughter-in-law, Vicki Aefsky.

Services at Levinson's Chapel, 8900 Reisterstown Rd., Baltimore, MD 21208, on Friday, October 22nd, 2021 at 10:30 am. Interment Baltimore Hebrew Berrymans Lane Cemetery. Please omit flowers. Contributions in her memory may be sent to the Jewish Federation of Howard County, 10630 Little Patuxent Parkway, Suite 400, Columbia, MD 21044 or the American Macular Degeneration Foundation, P.O. Box 515, Northhampton, MA 01061.
