Fred G. Posner, age 85, beloved husband of Sandra, nee Zalon. Loving father of Stacey (Elliott) Lavy, Stephen (Claudia) Posner, Nanette (Mohssine) Zarhloul & Neal (Katy) Posner. Proud grandfather of Rachel, Nathan & Samara Lavy, Matthew, Dolores & Brian Posner, Nadia & Hannah Zarhloul, Marissa & Abby Posner. Dear brother of Howard (Sharon) Posner. Caring brother-in-law of Bud (Shirley) Zalon. Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Services Monday, 2 PM at Chicago Jewish Funerals, 195 North Buffalo Grove Rd., (one block North of Lake Cook Rd.) Buffalo Grove. Interment Shalom. In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name may be made to Hadassah Chicago North Shore Chapter or American Diabetes Association.
