Eugene F. Kahan, 88, beloved husband of the late Judith; loving father of Dr. Randy (Marcy) Kahan, Laurie (Neal) Price and Lisa (Todd) Lesser; cherished Papa of Danny Kahan (Briana Botros), Dr. Aly (Max) Fargotstein, AJ (Emily) Price, Jake Price, Becca (Matt) Hersh and Maddie Lesser; devoted son of the late Rose, Harold and Jean Kahan; dear brother of the late Bill (the late Nancy) Kahan; lifelong friend of George Hollander; treasured uncle, cousin and friend of many.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to JCFS Chicago (www.jcfs.org) and Illinois Holocaust Museum and Education Center (www.ilholocaustmuseum.org). Chapel service Thursday 12:15 PM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. Interment Shalom Memorial Park.
