Esther “Essie” Varon, nee Aronesti, age 91.

Loving wife, best friend and golf partner for 66 years of the late Albert Samuel. Cherished mother of Shari (Dr. Neil) Levin, Rhonda (Joe) Daniels, Susie (Michael) Spector, Amy (the late Dr. Jim) Bahcall and the late Vicki Jay Madigan. “Nana” loved and was so proud of her grandchildren; Lauren (Adam) Budz, Erin (Brian) Gryn, Seth (Courtney) Levin, Lindsey (Steve) Schneider, Ricky Daniels, Haley and Shane Spector, Ryan (Alissa) Madigan, Sean (Andrea) Madigan, Allie and Jamie Bahcall. Treasured great grandmother of Wyatt, Ollie, Forest, Ellie, Sammy, Riley, David, Sam and Evelyn. Preceded in death by her cherished siblings, Herman (Jeanne) Aronesti, Dorothy (Morton) Miller, Charles (Esther) Aronesti, Victoria (Norton) Krieger, Michael (Ethel) Aronesti, Tillie (Harold) Addison, Bessie (Sam) Kaufman, Anne Levin, Irene (Hyman) Rifkin, Robert Aronesti and Victoria (Dr. Bernard) Smaller. Survived by Elise (the late David) Varon. Will be missed by her many nieces, nephews and cousins. Essie was an avid golfer and proud of her three holes-in-one. To keep everyone safe and healthy, the service will be private. Memorials in her memory to American Cancer Society or The Alzheimer’s Association would be appreciated.
