Ellen Kaplan, 89, beloved wife of the late Jerome Kaplan, happily married for 57 years; loving mother of Francine Rosenstein and Debra (Bruce) Bell; cherished Grandma of Camryn Rosenstein, Jori (Todd Neuhaus) Bell and Allison (Andrew) Fullett; dear sister of Hedda Schless; favorite aunt to several nieces and nephews; treasured friend to many.
