Obituary

David Kessler, 73, was born and raised in Chicago's Rogers Park neighborhood as the eldest of four brothers. He graduated from Senn High School and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois in Champaign, where he was a member of the AEPi fraternity. David was the founder of the innovative sales promotion marketing agency David Kessler & Associates, Inc. He called Buffalo Grove home for over twenty years and loved raising his three kids there, but he also felt completely at home at some of his favorite restaurants, especially Lou Malnati's and Bob Chinn's Crab House. David was always a kid at heart, with an enduring fondness for the Three Stooges, the Marx Brothers, and Looney Tunes, and spent his entire life enduring the ups and downs of his favorite Chicago sports teams.

Son of the late Dr. Hyman Kessler and Doris Kessler. Brother of the late Dennis (Cherie) Kessler, Steven (Susie) Kessler, and Ross (Dina) Kessler. Survived by his children Matthew, Jason (Hannah), and Stacy, and his grandchildren Ezra and Nora.
