David M. Goldberg, 81, passed away on October 1, 2021; beloved husband of Darlene, nee Jacobson and husband of the late Nancy, nee Leavitt; cherished father of Gayle (Eddie) Sax, Amy Goldberg, Sheryl (Barry) Cohen. David Roth (Jennifer Carlin-Roth), Heidi (Stuart) Gold; loving grandfather of Blake and Nina Sax, Alyssa (Matt) Driscoll, Ian and Brandon Cohen, Ryan, Tyler and Kayleigh Gold. Graveside service Wednesday, October 6, 2021, 12 PM at Shalom Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (www.lls.org).
