David Bruce Flax, age 80, beloved husband of the late Terri Flax, nee Levenstein. Loving father of Jason (Chyna) Flax and Beth Flax, Jodie (Jeremy) Dane, Rikki Berkowitz, Brett Serlin, Lonni Serlin. Proud grandfather of Abbygail, Emma, Noah, Jordyn, Julia, Perry and Ruth. Graveside services Thursday, 1:30 PM at Westlawn Cemetery (section Westlake), 7801 W. Montrose, Norridge. David was a proud supporter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, 199 Water Street, 11th Floor, New York, NY 10038, https://supporting.afsp.org/participant/Beth-Flax-2022.
