Beverly Blechman, nee Holman, age 90, of Lincolnwood, IL, born in Kenosha, WI; beloved wife of the late Gilbert Blechman; loving mother of Sandee (Steven Goldberg) Blechman, Michael (Nina) Blechman, and Amy Blechman; adored Grandma/Grammy of Abby (Scott Hechinger) Goldberg, Maryl (Alexander) Sackeim, David Goldberg, Leigh (Jordan) Levinson, Randi, David, and Andrew Blechman, Gerri and Benjie Soren; proud GeeGee of Jonah, Cooper, Zachary, and Rami; cherished sister of Darrell (Belle) Holman and the late Saretta (late Arnold) Karon; dear sister-in-law of the late Mary (late Archie) Ward and the late Minnie (late Mickey) Rand. Beverly was a strong and independent woman, always beautifully dressed and coiffed. She was renowned for her canasta and mah jongg prowess and most importantly, always devoted to her family. Private graveside service on Friday. Shiva will be Friday, 3:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Bryn Mawr Country Club, 6600 N. Crawford Avenue, Lincolnwood.
