Martin Libert, 87, beloved husband of the late Janet Libert (nee Novitt), happily married for 40 years; loving companion to Pat Carson for nearly 8 years; devoted father of Fran (Garry) Marzano, Sharon (Duane) Wohlers, David Libert, Debbie (David )Sheehan and Jeffrey (Jacqueline) Libert; cherished Papa of Elizabeth (Juan), Sarah (fiancé Seth), Anthony, Kelsey, Sydney, Lindsey and the late John; dear brother of Harriet (the late Robert) Galis, preceded in death by his sisters Esther (Isadore) Snitowsky and Irene (Marvin) Richman; Martin was an amazing father to many furry four-legged children and a much love uncle and friend to many. Chapel services Wednesday, November 17, 12:15 PM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights, Interment following at Shalom Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), www.aspca.org.
