Shirley Ann (Shelly) Kudesh aka Baba, 88 of Chicago passed away April 25, 2021, loved by many; raised by loving parents the late Charles and Mary Ethel Ford in Ottawa, IL; beloved wife of the late Commissioner Harry Kudesh; loving mother of Michael (Jennifer, nee Tosic) Kudesh, Rhonda Kudesh (Wayne Bilut) and the late Mark Kudesh; cherished grandmother of Mayan and Sage, her happy pills; dear sister of Charles (Butch) Ford; treasured aunt to numerous nieces and nephews.
