Nancy Kahan (nee Reuben), beloved wife for nearly 62 years to the late Bill, devoted mother of Reuben, Sharona, Shimon (Jill) Kahan, and Ilana (Adam) Ekstein. Cherished safta to Matthew, Deena, and Jordan. Loving sister to the late Rebecca (the late Ikee), the late Ezekiel (the late Sarah), the late Jonah, the late Hoffney (the late Susie), the late Rachel (the late Len), Naomi (the late Jaqcues), and the late Peretz (the late Lily), and dear sister-in-law to Eugene and the late Judy. Sweetest aunt, cousin, niece, and friend to many. Funeral on February 4, 2021 at 10:00 am CT with a link for those wishing to join the service at www.shalom2.com . The family will observe a private shiva on Thursday from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM CT and Friday from 11 AM to 2 PM and 4 PM to 6 PM CT, at which time condolences will be received via phone and video phone. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Committee for the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot, Israel (https://donate.weizmann-usa.org/support-science?achievement=world) or the American Cancer Society, www.cancer.org.
