Beloved wife of Sigmund “Sig” Chavis. Loving mother of Alexis Z. Chavis, Samantha (Jason Rio) Chavis Rio and Blair Chavis. Cherished grandmother of Elijah Rio. Service Thursday, 12 noon at Chicago Sinai Congregation, 15 W. Delaware Place, Chicago, IL 60610. Interment Westlawn Cemetery. To attend the funeral live stream, please visit our website.
