Syril Shapiro nee Blumenfeld, age 90
Beloved wife of the late Irving Shapiro. Dear mother of Paula (Michael) Winter, Daniel (Amy) Shapiro, Diane (David) Golin, and Gail Shapiro. Devoted sister of Edgar (the late Diane) Blumenfeld, David (Roberta) Blumenfeld, and the late Roberta Blumenfeld. Loving daughter of the late Albert and the late Kate Blumenfeld. A wonderful mother, grandmother and great grandmother, a gifted painter and sculptor, a dear and caring life-long friend. She will be deeply missed, and her memory will be cherished. Graveside service Wednesday 12:30 PM at Shalom Memorial Park (Section VIII Nebo) in Arlington Heights.
