Marcia Kornfeld Spira, PhD, age 72, respected clinical social worker and professor of social work at Loyola University Chicago; beloved wife and best friend for 42 years of the late David S. Spira, MD; loving mother of Lauren (Alec Rosofsky) Spira and Daniel (Gina Mucovich) Spira; adored Nana of Blake and Jordan; devoted daughter of the late Max and the late Isabelle Kornfeld; cherished daughter-in-law of the late Jacob and the late Selma Spira; dear sister of Robert (Josie) Kornfeld; treasured cousin and friend to many. Graveside service Monday 10:00 a.m. at Shalom Memorial Park, Rand & Wilke Rds., Arlington Heights. The service will be livestreamed on Marcia’s webpage at www.goldmanfuneralgroup.com.
