Steven Jay Sandusky, age 74, of Deerfield, respected attorney for 50 years; beloved husband of the late Joann, nee Schwartz; loving father of Hallie (Matthew) Kassan and C.J. (David) Thurlow; adored Baba of Sammy, Justin, Joshua, and Nathan; devoted son of the late Charles and the late Gertrude Sandusky; dear brother-in-law of Marcy (Rick Shain) Schwartz; treasured uncle and friend to many. Steven will be known for his kindness, integrity, honesty, and most of all his love for his family. Service Wednesday, 1:00 p.m. CT at the Chapel, 8851 Skokie Blvd., Skokie (at Niles Center Rd.). Interment Westlawn Cemetery. The service will be livestreamed at www.goldmanfuneralgroup.com.
