Cynthia Spigelman Rosenblatt, nee Saidel, age 92, of Lincolnshire, born and raised in Manchester, NH, retired head librarian at Portland Cement Association, beloved wife of the late Philip Rosenblatt; loving mother of Alan (Linda) Spigelman, David (Meryl) Spigelman, and Marcy (Mitchell) Dolins; adored grandma of Sarah, Anna, Joshua, Mia, Kayla, Jacob, Harrison, Matthew, and Melissa; dear sister of the late Robert Saidel.
