Sally Jean Zuckerman, nee Ullman, passed away peacefully May 1, 2021. Sally is survived by, and enjoyed a beautiful and loving life with her husband Melvin of 70 years; beloved mother of Diane (William) Near and Holly (Arlen) Simon; adored grandmother of Scott (Tani) Near, Stephanie (Kusi) Field, Seth (Becca) Near, Hillary (Daniel) Rosenthal, Heather (Ari) Bloomberg and Chad Simon; surrounded by the love of her 14 great-grandchildren; survived by her loving and doting brother Dr. Gerald A. Thursday, May 6th: 2 p.m. - 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.

Friday, May 7th: 2 p.m. - 5 p.m.

Saturday, May 8th: 9 p.m. - 10 p.m.

Sunday, May 9th: 2 p.m. - 5 p.m.
