Terri C. Jacobs nee Cohan. Beloved mother of Sally Jacobs and Steven (Lynsy) Jacobs. Proud grandmother of Veronica and Benjamin Mingle and Charles and Harper Jacobs. Cherished sister of Mark Cohan.
