Obituary
Moelis, Marvin of Oceanside passed away on April 12th after suffering a heart attack at the age of 84. Marvin was born in Brooklyn, NY where he met the love of his life, his wife of 62 years, Marilyn. Marvin was a true family man, the devoted father of Sheryl and Gary and the adored grandfather of Traci, Jason, Josh and Jamie. He is also survived by his loving brothers Herb and Jay. Marvin had a career he was truly passionate about as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley where he recently celebrated his 60th anniversary with the company. He was an avid baseball fan, rooting for the Brooklyn Dodgers and then the NY Mets. He was also the president of the Oceanside Little League where he helped start the girl's little league and coached baseball for 25 years. Marvin was a man of many interests, a member of the masons, skilled piano player and also greatly enjoyed the beach and walking the boardwalk. He will always be remembered for his warmth, contagious smile and bringing laughter to others.
