Diane Chodash, nee Bernsen

Beloved wife for 59 years of the late Eugene M. Chodash. Loving mother of Stephen (Nancy) Chodash, Dr. Howard Chodash and Mark (Paula) Chodash. Proud grandmother of Perry (Alison) Chodash, Jacob (Annabelle Harless) Chodash, Harrison Chodash, Lexi Chodash and Sadie Chodash. Dear great grandmother of Orion and Atlas. Fond sister of Barry (Barbara) Bernsen. Lifelong Cubs fan. Will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Graveside service Thursday 1:30PM at Westlawn Cemetery (Section Evergreen), 7801 West Montrose Avenue, Norridge.
